Your job:

 

  • Create, update, and publish user-friendly, business needs oriented CMS pages as part of the core CMS delivery.
  • Manage translation procesess, prepare/send bundles, colaborate with the translation team, and track timely delivery.
  • Participate in customer journey and mailbox workflows: create/update pages in the CMS, send pages for translation, publish content, and inform local editors.
  • Ensure pages are user-friendly, consistent, and aligned with brand and design guidelines.
  • Review, define, and maintain page layouts, content structures, visual consistency, and component usage.
  • Review the existing published page portfolio to assess whether pages remain relevant, identify overlap or outdated content, and support the Web CoE and glocal project with recommendations for consolidation, optimization, or retirement.
  • Ensure consistent use of CMS components across pages, countries, and business areas.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders on internal intakes, requests, etc. and advise them on content creation and UX/UI practices with the support of senior team members.
  • Contribute to CMS governance, standards, documentation and best practices from a UX/UI and content experience perspective.
  • Stay up to date on relevant AI/LLM trends and identify opportunities to improve content creation, UX/UI consistency, editor experience, and page optimization.
 
 

Your qualification:

 

  • 1-3 years of experience as a content manager or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field would be beneficial.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and UX-UI knowledge, basic knowledge of HTML and CSS could be beneficial
  • An analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics and optimize content performance. Experience using analytics tools.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong eye for visual inconsistencies and the overall user experience.
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of content marketing & digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English any further language would be beneficial
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
