For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for Tool Designer Specialist for our Manisa facility.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage injection mould projects within the tool shop,
  • Develop injection mould concepts and design solutions based on product requirements,
  • Conduct manufacturability and feasibility studies,
  • Create 3D mould designs using Creo,
  • Perform mould flow simulations and support mould optimization activities,
  • Coordinate tool manufacturing, validation, and commissioning processes,
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, production teams, and suppliers,
  • Drive continuous improvement of existing moulds.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in injection mould design,
  • Strong knowledge of plastic injection mould design principles,
  • Proficiency in Creo CAD software,
  • Experience with Moldex or similar simulation software is preferred,
  • Good understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing processes,
  • Good command of English.
