For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for Quality Planner for our Manisa facility.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead quality planning activities for new products, engineering changes and transfer projects.
  • Support APQP, FMEA, Control Plan and Inspection Plan activities.
  • Ensure product and process quality requirements are defined and implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support quality approvals for new production equipment, manufacturing processes and serial production releases.
  • Analyze quality issues, perform root cause analyses and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality teams to achieve project and quality targets.
  • Monitor quality performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate quality-related activities with local and global stakeholders.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in quality planning, quality assurance or manufacturing engineering.
  • Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, SPC and Quality Management Systems.
  • Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented, proactive and effective communication skills.
