Production Engineer (Plastic Injection Process)

For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for Production Engineer for our Manisa facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implements, optimizes and complies with production standards (e.g.Standardized Work)
• Introduces and implements measures to achieve the agreed product costs 
  and productivity targets
• Releases requirement and functional specifications for equipment and production concepts,
• Plans and designs workstations using appropriate methods (e.g. MTM, EAWS, SMED),
• Decision-making and escalation rights for all production and cost-relevant decisions,
• Cooperates in the determination of the scope of maintenance,
• Collaborates with suppliers, global functions and other departments in the company regarding the optimization of product costs,
• Assures an independent, continuous optimization of value stream production processes and actively supports the best practice sharing and rollouts in other operations,
• Collaborates in the strategic change to the ideal value stream orientated organization
• Introducing new production technologies in Operation Unit
• Implementing Engineering standards and KPIs for newly implemented technlogies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in engineering departments,
• 1-3 years of professional experience in plastic injection process,
• Excellent command of English is required,
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and SAP.
