For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for Plant Controller for our Manisa facility.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing activities
  • Analyze manufacturing costs, variances and operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
  • Perform product costing and manufacturing cost calculations
  • Support standard costing and master data management processes
  • Prepare cost analyses for new products, investments and capacity changes
  • Support CAPEX planning and investment controlling activities
  • Monitor and analyze key cost drivers such as materials, labor, machinery and energy consumption
  • Evaluate the financial impact of changes in production volume, productivity and capacity utilization
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Procurement and Engineering teams to provide financial insights
  • Contribute to process standardization, automation and digitalization initiatives

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • Maximum 3 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, Costing, Manufacturing or related areas is preferred
  • Strong interest in manufacturing finance, controlling, costing and budgeting
  • Analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand manufacturing processes and operational performance indicators
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge; SAP experience is an asset
  • Ability to analyze data and transform findings into actionable business insights
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and results-oriented approach
  • Good command of written and spoken English
