As Import/Export Specialist, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of import/export and customs-related processes to ensure compliance and delivery performance. You will work closely with local and global stakeholders to standardize processes, maintain documentation, and contribute to operational excellence in foreign trade activities.

Your job:

• Manage and monitor import/export and customs-related processes to ensure compliance and delivery performance.
• Support the implementation and improvement of local and international customs procedures and standards.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation and local guidelines related to customs activities.
• Support audits, work with authorities when needed, and help ensure process transparency and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, customers and global functions to improve processes and solve operational issues.

Your qualification:

• Degree or relevant background in Engineering,Customs, Business Law, International Trade, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Solid knowledge of customs procedures, customs requirements, origin of goods, and foreign trade processes. (experience in 3-5 years)
• Knowledge of HTS classification, customs valuation, and global customs procedures.
• Experience with process management, process improvement, and SAP-related processes.
• Good command of English (minimum B2) and good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
