As a long-term intern, you will have the opportunity to support daily Human Resources processes, contribute to ongoing HR practices, and develop your professional skills while working closely with experienced HR professionals.

Your job:

  • Support daily Human Resources operations and administrative processes
  • Assist in HR practices and ongoing departmental activities
  • Support recruitment processes and help coordinate interview and hiring organizations
  • Organize and follow up recruitment activities, including candidate communication and interview scheduling
  • Contribute to employee-related processes and internal coordination
  • Support communication with relevant stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
  • Take part in various HR projects and help ensure smooth process execution
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support reporting tasks when needed

Your qualification:

  • Currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Labour Economics, or a related field at university (Preferably in the 3rd year of university)
  • Available to support the team for a minimum of 6 months
  • University is able to provide mandatory long-term internship insurance
  • Residing in Manisa or Izmir, or willing to relocate / live in these locations during the internship period
  • Strong interest in Human Resources practices and motivated to build a career in HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and capable of working in a team environment
