Job Description

 

  • Actively participating in all stages of the recruitment process (both blue collar and white collar).
  • Developing and maintaining organizational structures, including organizational charts and job descriptions.
  • Monitors and reports workplace accidents in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepares and maintains documentation required for compliance audits (ISO etc.)
  • Preparing and tracking the competences and job descriptions when necessary.
  • Planning and monitoring the onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Developing HR policies and procedures in line with quality standards and updating them when necessary.
  • Taking an active role in HR digitalization projects within areas of responsibility.
  • Taking an active role in Employer Branding activities.
  • Tracking all financial and administrative operations related to assigned HR processes.
  • Providing support to other HR functions when required.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Labor Economics, Psychology, Sociology, etc.).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations (especially in production industry)
  • Excellent communication in English.
  • Strong planning, organization, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Analytical, development-oriented, and results-focused.
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong reporting and analysis abilities.
