Head of Manufacturing IT Production Plant Rohrbach (m/f/d)
Your job:
- Technical and disciplinary management and development of local manufacturing IT staff
- Responsibility for the local implementation of global IT/OT architecture specifications and security standards
- Responsibility for ensuring the continuous IT/OT operability of local production technology based on global standards and tools
- Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the local IT production infrastructure
- Recognizing technology trends and identifying local potential for improvement
- Responsible overall project management for projects to be carried out locally
- Continuous coordination with all relevant specialist and/or production areas to ensure local support and management of local measures
- Transfer of global architecture specifications into local operational rollout/modernization projects
- Advising users and clarifying requirements in terms of strategy conformity, usefulness and feasibility
Your qualification:
- Successfully completed university degree in business informatics or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the management of a production-related IT department
- Experience in the planning and implementation of IT projects
- Knowledge of the special requirements of a plant with regard to manufacturing IT
- Good understanding of components and technologies in the production network
- Broad knowledge of relevant IT technologies in industrial production
- In-depth knowledge of common OT protocols, systems and architectures
- System knowledge of OTbase and Versiondog/Octoplant desirable
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- High level of analytical thinking, enthusiasm, persuasiveness and assertiveness
- Very good communication skills, high customer orientation, ability to solve problems and work in a team as well as an independent and structured way of working
