With reference to our growing Technical Engineering Center (TEC) currently we are looking  for

Your job:

• Handle changes (ECN) for Electric Drives products (motors, motor controllers, firmware): Operational implementation and coordination of technical changes throughout the entire product life cycle
• Collect and consolidate information
• Submit and process change request
• Modify documents
• Create BOM revisions
• Support of change processes in PDM and ERP system
• Implementation of the content of the changes (e.g. circuit diagram creation, firmware creation) is carried out by the development department.
• Discontinuation management (checking affected products in the ERP system, change processing)
• Publication of released software versions on the Festo Support Portal
• Coordination of sample production of electronic modules: Date coordination, component procurement
• Independent implementation of mass changes (e.g. labels, RoHS II, …) and changes to data sheets according to content specifications from development or central departments
• with appropriate experience: technical review or delegation of change requests, concessions and PCNs

Qualification:

• University degree (B.Eng.) in the field of electronics and/or mechanical engineering
• Good knowledge of the relevant ERP/PDM systems (SAP, Windchill) will be considered as serious advantage;
• Systematic, independent, self-reliant working method and good self-organization
• High communication skills and ability to work under pressure as well as flexibility ("not afraid to ask and to talk")
• High degree of customer and service orientation
• High quality awareness
• English and/or German spoken and written (at least B2 level)
