Job Description:
- Build-up, manage and continuously improve local and regional supplier portfolio with respect to QCD target achievement and in accordance with defined strategy;
- Negotiate prices, delivery conditions and others related to suppler overall performance;
- Conduct new sourcing projects and supplier selection activities;
- Prepare reports and analyzes of purchased materials in order to optimize benchmarking processes;
- Support contracts execution in accordance with company procurement procedures;
- Continuous improvement of quality performance in cooperation with the respective functions;
- Monitor the development of material needs and negotiates the necessary production capacity with suppliers;
- Define requirements and needs of internal stakeholders;
- Monitor supplier performance and defines measures for improvement in respect to defined KPI’s
- Manage vendor master data fields into ERP system;
Technical Competencies and Requirements:
- Higher education – economic or technical field of study;
- Written and spoken English and/or German;
- Excellent computer literacy - MS Office; experience with SAP will be considered an advantage;
- Previous experience in strategic procurement of electronic components will be considered an advantage;
- Professional Competencies and Requirements:
- Previous experience in the field of strategic procurement or on a similar position - at least 3 years.
- Experience in international teams and multicultural environment;
- Experience in a manufacturing plant will be considered an advantage;
