Quality Measurement Specialist

Position Description:

• Ensures the Quality of parts conforms with the respective standards. 
• Responsible for product validation of parts (components, assemblies, finished products or merchandise) for new products and changes in the series process. 
• Participates in the project teams for new product implementation.
• Develops and establishes robust testing processes.
• Develops the measurement strategy on part level including e.g., definition of measurement methodology/machine, configuration and etc.
• Creates and/or modifies metrology programs based on control plan and drawing including measurement instructions. 
• Supports the development and establishment of robust measurement processes for the sustainable improvement of the quality KPI. 
• Supports the planning and selection of the required measurement technology. 

Technical Competencies and Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanics or Mechatronics.
• Knowledge in technology, methodology and equipment for measurement and testing.
• Sound knowledge in understanding specification sheets, customer requirements and technical drawings.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in programming and measuring with a 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
• Knowledge of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Кnowledge in Quality methods.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Good knowledge of SAP shall be considered as advantage.

Professional Competencies and Requirements:

• Previous experience in the field - at least 2 years.
• Business fluent English.
• Good knowledge of production processes/production management.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong problem solving competence and skills.
• Strong communication skills.
