Quality Analysis Specialist - maternity cover

Position Description:

• Conducts or assists in X-ray, metallographic, and other analyses to identify the cause of the failure.
• Creates and maintains the necessary conditions to comply with the requirements of the ISO standard for certified organizations.
• Analysis of field/internal issues (complaints, production and delivery stops, scrap/rework, optimization projects…) by using appropriate tools, equipment, and analytical methods.
• Documentation and reporting of the analysis results to the internal customer, including proposals for potential actions.
• Identification of product weaknesses to provide information for product improvements.
• Coordinate calibration of measurement equipment in the plant.
• Internal calibration of screwdrivers. 

Technical Competencies and Requirements:

• University degree in technical field.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Good knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage.

Professional Competencies and Requirements:

• Previous experience in the field of Quality, or on a similar position - at least 5 years;
• Business fluent English;
• Good knowledge of production processes/production management;
• Professional experience and knowledge in the field of quality management systems and tools (ISO 9001, SPC, FMEA, 8D, LEAN Manufacturing / Six Sigma Methodology).
• Professional experience in electronic manufacturing will be considered an advantage.
