Project Manager

Your Job: 
• Leads the project team of international development projects, represents it externally and in the committees;

• Project planning in terms of costs/budget, resources and scheduling with the involvement of the responsible line managers and team members; 
• Control of the project, in particular control and monitoring of the budget, the use of resources and the progress of the project; 
• Project team management, incl. motivation, feedback and leadership of the team; 
• Determining the project organization and convening the core team; organizing, moderating and leading core team meetings; 
• Carry out appropriate project risk management; 
• Ensures project documentation; 
• Planning, evaluation and acceptance of Q-Gate relevant work results, in coordination with the project Q-planner; 
• Regular report the status of the project to the referent managers. 
• Support the teams in understanding and carrying out product development in an agile context.

Technical Competencies and Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering, computer science/software engineering or comparable qualification.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Professional Competencies and Requirements:

• Experience as project manager of interdisciplinary project teams, international experience is beneficial; 
• Good knowledge of the product development process as well experience with project management methods, experience with agile project management methods considered as advantage; 
• Very good IT skills - excellent command of MS Office, knowledge in SAP, MS Project/PM Software;
• Experience with agile working methods and approaches, as well as certifications in the agile field.

• Fast learner - capable of familiarizing quickly with new topics;
• Capable of making decisions and taking the responsibility for the results in dynamic and changing environment;

• Thinking out of the box, creativity and continuous improvement attitude;
• Flexible, adaptable, open to meet the change and acquire new knowledge and skills.
