With reference to our location in Sofia currently we are looking for:

Production engineer

Your job:

• Analyze, optimize, and improve manufacturing processes and workstations using MTM methodology to increase efficiency, productivity, quality and process reliability.
• Develop and implement next-generation manufacturing technologies and production concepts.
• Coordinate and support production transfer and relocation projects.
• Provide technical support to serial production and troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Prepare production calculations, maintain routings, and ensure data accuracy within SAP.
• Lead and coordinate process changes in production.
• Create, update, and maintain manufacturing and technical documentation for serial products.
• Drive capacity increase projects to support business growth and operational requirements.
• Lead Continuous Improvement (CIP) initiatives, OEE improvement, quality enhancement, and efficiency gains.
• Monitor and analyze production KPIs, identifying opportunities for operational excellence.
• Contribute to the strategic technological development of manufacturing operations.
• Lead cost optimization workshops to identify savings and drive cost reduction initiatives
• Lead cost savings projects from identification through implementation to improve manufacturing costs.
• Design manufacturing layouts to optimize material flow.
• Actively participate in the analysis of customer complaints and 8D reports.
• Deliver training sessions for production operators to ensure correct process implementation and standardized work compliance.

Technical Competencies and Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Excellent written and spoken English, knowledge in German language will be considered as advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems ( SAP) is an asset.
• Very good command of MS Office.

Professional Competencies and Requirements:

• Proven expertise and practical experience in Production Engineering at least 3 years.
• Experience in production/manufacturing environment and especially in production of electrical devices or electric drives and motors will be considered as a serious advantage.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing management methods and principles.
• Knowledge of quality control methods.
• Knowledge of MTM (Methods-Time Measurement) will be considered as advantage.
