With reference to our Electronics Department currently we are looking for:

Your job:

• Develops and monitors detailed production schedules for finished goods and semi-finished products within the production unit under responsibility (short-term and long-term planning) in order to meet market demand.
• Responsible for the operational execution of customer and production orders on a weekly and daily basis within the production unit.
• Analyzes changes in planning and consumption and coordinates capacity adjustments when required.
• Prioritizes production orders based on resource availability.
• Manages inventory levels of semi-finished products, ensuring a balance between stock availability, inventory costs, and consumption.
• Provides escalation information regarding factors that hinder the execution of the production plan.
• Supports the establishment and implementation of best practices and methods related to the systems and processes.

Technical Competencies and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German will be considered as an advantage.
• Advanced user of MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.

Professional Competencies and Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven work experience on the same or similar position.
• Proven professional experience in production planning.
• Professional experience in material flow management and production order management.

• Capable of making fast decisions and taking responsibility for the results in dynamic and changing environment.
• Result orientated.
• Focused on the added value for the internal and/or external clients.
• Team player, able to work in a multicultural environment.
• Thinking out of the box, creativity and continuous improvement attitude.
• Flexible, adaptable, open to meet the change and acquire new knowledge and skills.
