Product Manager

Your Job:
• Global lifecycle responsibility for a product portfolio.
• Operational and strategic development of the growing product portfolio.
• Investigation and evaluation of global market, application and technology trends.
• Analysis of market and customer needs.
• Creation and advancement of the product strategy for the portfolio for which responsibility is taken, including economic considerations and scenarios.
• Collecting and defining product requirements in coordination with stakeholders in order to initiate the development of new products.
• Using current methods to evaluate product requirements and concepts.
• Creation of go-to-market strategies for new products in collaboration with BD, ISM, PMMs.

Technical Competencies and Requirements:
• Completed degree in industrial engineering, an engineering degree or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in sales, business development, application and product management, product owner or a similar field.
• Market and technology knowledge in the field of control technology, automation, Industry 4.0.
• High level of Self-motivation, persuasiveness and willingness to work on and represent topics conceptually and holistically.
• Strong team and communication skills at all levels of an organization.
• Analytical and conceptual skills, entrepreneurial mindset and market-oriented action.
• High degree of independence, creative will, willingness to perform and flexibility.
• Fluent communication skills in English.
