Full-Stack Developer with Angular and Python

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Django Full-Stack Web Developer with expertise in Angular for building distributed, cloud-based services, assisting the functionality and management of our in-house custom testing framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with a focus on creating scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. They will be participating in the creation and optimization of cloud-based evaluation methods, as well as creating and maintaining Python packages.
 
Your Job:
•    Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Django for the backend and Angular for the frontend.
•    Cloud Integration: Basic knowledge about Docker, Kubernetes in order to automatically deploy applications into cloud services to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
•    Frontend Development: Create intuitive and responsive frontend interfaces using Angular, ensuring seamless user experience.
•    Backend Development: Develop robust backend services using Django, focusing on database interactions, API integrations and implementing business logic.
•    Database Management: Manage databases using PostgreSQL or similar, optimizing database performance and security.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
•    Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance and scalability on Azure.
•    Security: Ensure the security of applications through best practices and regular reviews.
•    Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
•    Staying Current: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
 
Technical Competencies and Requirements:
•    Strong proficiency in Python and experience with package management tools (pip, poetry, virtual environments).
•    Experience with UI development with Angular and TypeScript. 
•    Strong proficiency in Django (models, views, DRF, app management).
•    Understanding of networking concepts.
•    Experience in implementing unit-test for Django.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative international environment.
•    Experience with GitLab/Gitlab pipelines (or similar) and process automation.
•    Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-based environments is a plus.
•    Experience with Celery is considered as an advantage.
