Intern Engineer, Manufacturing Efficiency (SMT Prototype Production)

 

Job description:

  • Participates in new projects related to prototype production.
  • Assists in preparing costings by determining required technological times by assembly type and process type.
  • Supports optimization of SMT processes for production of new products.
  • Takes part in setting time standards for manufacturing electronic products.
  • Helps update technical documentation for machines and peripheral equipment.
  • Assists in creating process parameters according to the product's technical documentation.
  • Supports building or procuring technological equipment.
  • Monitors maintenance and proper operation of technical equipment in the unit.
  • Assists in building and optimizing processes related to production of new products.

 

Technical Competencies and Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a technical higher education; a degree in Electronics is an advantage.
  • Written and spoken English (B1 level).
  • Good computer skills – MS OFFICE.

 

Professional Competencies and Requirements:

  • Previous internship in a related professional field is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in international teams and multicultural environments is an advantage.

 

Personal Competencies and Requirements:

  • Capable of making fast decisions and taking the responsibility for the results in dynamic and changing environment.
  • Oriented towards goals achieving and results.
  • Focused on the added value for the internal and/or external clients.
