Order Fulfillment Executive

Purpose

Ensure smooth order management and fulfilment to maximize customer satisfaction. This includes handling sales requests, confirming orders against service levels, tracking progress, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage sales orders and requests via shared mailbox.

  • Handle priority tickets, demand peaks, and Customer Interaction Center (CIC) requests.

  • Monitor open orders to meet service level agreements (confirmation, lead time, rescheduling).

  • Track and resolve blocked orders with stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and production to ensure timely fulfilment.

  • Maintain and improve SCIC processes, reports, and dashboards.

  • Analyze monthly KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Communicate order status updates with Sales, CIC, and internal teams.

  • Participate in operational meetings when required.

  • Promote teamwork, discipline, and ownership of quality, cost, and delivery standards.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.

  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in supply chain or order management.

  • Strong knowledge of order management and fulfilment processes.

  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with positive work ethics.

  • Ability to work effectively in teams.

  • Analytical skills for KPI monitoring and process improvement.
