What does Festo expect from you?

• Successfully completed studies in the field of Engineering, preferably a doctorate or MBA
• Several years of professional experience in within a sales environment, within a leadership role
• Very good communication and presentation skills, also at management level
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills
• Willingness to perform, clear leadership ambition and high motivation to want to make a difference and shape things
• Empathy and preferably initial leadership experience
• Experience abroad (at least three months) and international mobility
