As the owner of market communication on behalf of the cluster, this role contributes to the definition of the global mid- and long-term marketing strategy for an industry segment, topic, technology, or product. The incumbent develops and executes the digital footprint plan in collaboration with the Digital Business Development team and ensures the successful utilisation of the organisation’s shared services. They monitor performance and drive continuous improvement while combining expert knowledge of the topic with extensive management and leadership experience. Within the overall strategic framework, they create a strategy and plan for the relevant function, ensuring that human and non-human resources, processes, and tools are available to support success.

Digital  / Online Marketing

  • Support the Digital business team with relevant campaigns to increase the digital business share to the company
  • Enhance the digital competence of the team with relevant roles
  • With the digital marketing team drive the overall metrices of digital marketing

 

Offline Marketing  

  • Derive market communications objectives from management goals in the form of Marketing activity plan
  • Support Product Marketing Team in product launch, campaign, webinars / road shows, etc
  • Drive the localisation of communication instruments like catalogue, brochure, etc
  • Support Distributor to increase the reach

        

Corporate Communications

  • Responsible for and committed to crafting message, developing and executing a communications strategy across different content marketing mediums, including traditional media, social media, webinars, white papers, case studies and email newsletters.
  • Develop corporate presentations to promote brand and reinforce the company's reputation as an innovator and thought leader in the industry.
  • Edit and/or write copy for publications, letters, advertisements, audio/visual presentations, speeches and other communication programs.
  • Manage the research, writing, design and production of any materials.
