Job Description:
- Works closely with ELA Sales Manager to develop individual customer roadmap and action items that focus on key needs
- Responsible for actively identifying, negotiating and maximizing new business opportunities.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of key customer including providing quotation, ordering and resolving complex customer issues.
- Regular visits to targeted customers to build rapport and attend to enquiries.
- Attends to product complaints and suggestions from customers
- Shares and imparts technical knowledge, skills and experience to customers by providing technical consultation
- Other duties assigned by ELA Sales Manager
Job Requirements:
- Strong background in sales support function.
- Proficient in handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of automation products and solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
- Experience in identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate automation solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of industry trends and competition to stay updated on market developments.
