Job Description : Sales Channel Management Specialist
Organizational Fit
Base: Korea / Function: Strategic Market Management
Direct report to Head of Strategic Marketing Korea
Key Accountabilities
- Define and implement strategic approaches for the distributor channel development, leveraging market insights, competitor analysis, and customer behavior to drive market share and growth.
- Enhance Hybrid model by leading and evolving
- Continuously improving the portion of qualified distributor-oriented growth in terms of acquiring, evaluating, monitoring and qualifying our distribution partners in accordance with our sales strategy as partner
- Continuously evaluate channel performance & progress by monitoring and analyzing the key performance metrics and make adjustments to maximize sales impact (including hybrid model)
- Lead channel allocation according to strategic decision in implementing stage by reallocation owner with YSAP (yearly sales area potential) mgmt
- Close collaboration with our distribution team, marketing team and sales team in order to achieve synergies and improve processes, collaboration and communication across the various sales channels
- Collaborate with German Headquarters to align on the Global Channel Strategy, share best practices, and ensure consistency across markets.
Experiences/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- More than 8 years-experience for automation industry with market insight regarding eco system of channel
- More than 3 years-experience in distributor channel management or distribution sales experience in EA market
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and German Headquarters.
- Ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
