The Total Reward & HR Operation Partner is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. Additionally, this role ensures efficient and compliant HR operations, supporting business goals and enhancing employee experience. The role requires collaboration with key stakeholders to align HR practices with organizational objectives.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute competitive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure pay competitiveness.
  • Design and manage incentive programs, performance-based rewards, and recognition initiatives.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage HR processes, policies, and systems to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Support HR audits and reporting related to payroll, benefits, and compliance.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to enhance HR efficiency.
  • Address employee queries related to payroll, rewards, and HR systems.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and leadership teams on total rewards strategies.

Experiences/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations.
  • Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and tax regulations is a plus.
