Job Description: Sales Data and CRM Specialist
Organizational Fit

Direct report to Head of Strategic Marketing Korea
Key Accountabilities
Sales Data Analytics
- Develop and automate standard BI dashboards, providing real-time insights on sales performance, key metrics, and KPIs
- Provide GM and Sales Management both standard reporting and ad-hoc reports
- Align and collaborate with HQ functions esp. Data Analytics and Digital Sales Hub Barcelona as part of the global network in order to ensure consistency and synchronization regarding reporting standards and technology
- Collaborate with sales management and support sales teams to understand their specific needs and goals related to data analysis, reporting, and the Sales Strategy
- Continuously monitor and improve data quality and accuracy to ensure reliable reporting and analysis.
CRM Specialist
- Official Key User for the CRM system in Korea. Provide first level trouble shooting for CRM users and initiate the ticket process for next level support
- Serve as first contact for HQ CRM responsible colleagues in order to represent Cluster S5 needs and keep on track with latest improvements and future developments
- Close collaboration with Sales Operations, MarCom and CS in order to ensure an end-to-end CRM process
- Document the standard workflows and create needed training material
- Train the power users and users in CRM
- Provide CRM data extractions
- Play a central supporting role in the implementation of new CRM related system
Innovation and Change
- Keep on track with latest BI technologies, that are being used at Festo
- Design new innovative reports and dashboards
- Train and increase the acceptance of both data usage and CRM usage across the whole Sales organization
Experiences/Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in Power BI, SQL and data visualization(Power BI required / SQL preferred)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Proven experience of more than 3 years as a CRM specialist, data scientist or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Korean and English, with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teams across different locations, including Headquarters and the Digital Sales Hub
- High service and support mindset to address and solve the sales organization needs. At the same time high assertiveness to drive process standardization and ensure implemented rules and standards are being followed
