Head of Strategic Marketing
Role
- Establish company strategy to align with the global corporate strategy and Korea market for gaining M/S and profitable growth with key stakeholders
- Assess business potential through MI, CI activities (competitor financial P&L report, specific market analysis) for right business decision and early warning with leadership group
- Steer differentiated price strategy based on product strategy and customer value as well as enhance marginal price process in execution phase
- Design Sales KPI structure to achieve company target effectively, strengthen collaboration. Verify Sales KPI result
- Steer achievement of key objectives based on strategy cascading to employee level
- Frequent communicate with leadership group mainly strategy development, evaluate market share, competitor information, business document such as QBR, design sales KPI structure and SSM related topic.
- Manage and motivate team members to achieve not only team targets but also company target
Qualification
- 10+ years of experience in corporate management planning/strategies/management/business strategy or strategic consulting (Prefer to have experienced in IA B2B market with distribution business)
- Analyze and design strategies that link business performance with accounting figures
- Excellent planning and organizational, project management and time management skills.
- People management, development, performance management and team building experience or project team (TFT)
- Prefer to have experience in in-house consulting firm
- Excel-based data processing and modeling capabilities, PPT-based reporting capabilities
- Fluent in written and spoken English to be able to communicate internationally
