Your job:

A leading German multinational company is looking for an experienced IT Business Application Specialist CRM to become part of its Global Information Technology organization.

The successful candidate will work in an international environment, partnering with business and technology teams across multiple regions to design, implement, and support enterprise CRM solutions. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic digital initiatives while leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and Dataverse.

Responsibilities and Technical Skills

  • Design and development of cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse 
  • Implementation of scalable integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus 
  • Development of plugins and custom APIs using C# and .NET 
  • Client-side customization using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) 
  • Building low-code solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate 
  • Integration with external systems via REST APIs and OAuth2 (Azure AD) 
  • CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps and Power Platform CLI 
  • Data modeling and reporting with Dataverse and Power BI 
  • Ensuring secure and compliant cloud architectures (DLP, RBAC, environment strategy) 

 

Qualifications:

 

Education and Languages

  • Completed Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
  • Fluent English (mandatory).
  • Ability to work effectively in a global environment, with regular participation in technical meetings, workshops, and interviews conducted in English.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with technical and business teams distributed globally
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and drive effective solutions
