Corporate Information Security-/ISMS Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your job:

• Collaborating within the Corporate Information Security Team of the Festo Group for the operation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Independent development of ISMS guidelines/provisions, including coordination with responsible IT departments and countries (global), with the aim of continuously improving global information security and increasing the level of information security
• Monitoring the implementation of ISMS requirements as well as independent preparation and execution of regular ISMS reporting 
• Independent execution of information security threat and risk analyses (risk identification, risk assessment, definition of measures and follow-up of measure implementation)
• Assisting in the development of metrics / KPI for IT security topics and coordination of reporting
• Providing support in the development of an international ISO network
• Creating, planning, implementing and reporting of information security awareness activities
   

Your qualification:

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of IT security or information security
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of IT risk management and IT compliance
• Ideally practical experience in setting up and/or operating an ISMS
• Sound knowledge of relevant norms, standards and laws, especially ISO 27001
• Ideally recognised certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Implementer) or equivalent industry certifications
• Fluent in written and spoken German as well as English
• Strong ability to independently design and develop IT security policies with the involvement of relevant stakeholders
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate normative IT security requirements into technical security measures
