Business Development Manager - Didactic
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the business growth and market presence of Didactic solutions by developing and executing effective business development strategies, expanding customer acquisition, ensuring sustainable revenue and profitability
Your job:
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans that drive revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, expand the customer base, and increase value from existing clients through targeted prospecting and strategic partnership
- Lead business development initiatives and organize outreach programs such as webinars, symposiums, and workshops to generate new opportunities
- Achieve business development targets for Didactic equipment and training business by collaborating closely with marketing and delivering targeted proposals
- Manage grant administration, bidding processes, and ensure smooth execution of programs as part of core responsibilities
Your qualifications:
- The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering with 15 years of experience in business development with a track record of driving revenue, expanding customer base, building strategicpartnerships, managing programs and bids with strong market insight in Didactic equipment and training sector
