Summary: The Marketing Campaigns Specialist is responsible for developing compelling
messaging, crafting persuasive copy, and executing integrated North American marketing
campaigns. This role focuses on building audience centric narratives, developing clear
value propositions and producing high quality content across channels. Working closely
with relevant stakeholders and the Customer Journey Center of Excellence Team Leader,
the Specialist translates product and customer insights into effective campaign concepts
that drive engagement, preference, and demand. This role also contributes to the
development and execution of the North American media relations plan.

Travel Expectation: 10%
Duties of this Job Include:
- Develop compelling messaging frameworks, value propositions, and storylines tailored to target audiences.
- Write clear, persuasive, and brand aligned copy that strengthens campaign messaging across all relevant channels and touchpoints.
- Translate technical information into accessible, benefit driven messaging that resonates with B2B audiences.
- Lead content development and content mapping across the customer journey to support cohesive omnichannel engagement.
- Develop and execute integrated campaign strategies with a digital first approach while seamlessly integrating complementary offline channels as needed.
- Plan and deploy full-funnel campaigns from ideation through execution, ensuring message consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables while collaborating with internal teams, agencies, Sales, and distributor partners.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid channels to drive performances and engagement.
- Monitor industry developments, competitive messaging, association activity, and distributor communications to inform campaign strategies.
- Measure and report on campaign performance using SMART KPIs; provide insights focused on continuous improvement.
- Coordinate messaging and campaign execution for the French-Canadian market.
- Support the execution of the press and advertising plan through strong content and messaging alignment.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or automation sectors.
- Strong background in copywriting, content development, journalism, or communications, with demonstrated ability to craft clear, persuasive, and audience-focused messaging.
- Proven experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Ability to translate complex or technical concepts into accessible, benefit driven messaging for varied audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
- Experience with data extraction and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel) is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Collaborative and relationship oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment and maintain focus on quality and deadlines.
- Bilingual English/French is an asset.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
Salary range: 75K-80K
