Technology and Manufacturing IT Specialist
The Technology and Manufactirng IT Specialist has technical responsibility for specific technical projects to efficiently develop a
specific technology (testing and assembly technologies) in the factory and to ensure competitiveness and international quality standards. Additionally, they will work on local manufacturing IT application projects in a technically coordinating capacity ensures proper operation and maintenance of production-related IT/OT applications including configuring necessary interfaces and applications.
Impact on Business
- Checking internal customer requirements in terms of technical and economic feasibility, including validation of investment and cost calculations based on selected solutions.
- Conception and design of the production flow and the process technology and coordination with internal departments and external suppliers. Specific to Testing and Assembly technology.
- Responsibility for carrying out machine acceptance tests.
- Commissioning and testing of the designed equipment.
- Recognize and comply with all instructions, policies and procedures which was handed over or about the document availability was informed.
- Records project status and manages project schedule, documents variances, and prepares reports.
- Appropriate implementation of global application specifications
- Ensuring the proper functioning of relevant applications in the plant
- Technical support during commissioning and modernization of applications
Professional Knowledge and Experiences
- Ability to use computer and word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Knowledge of measuring equipment and machine tools.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Knowledge & Familiar with National Instrument software such as CVI, LabView, and TestStand.
- Knowledge & Familiar with Festo software such as FST, FCT and Codesys
