Human Resources Specialist

Accountabilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions across the organization.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Support in managing the company's presence on social media and job boards to enhance employer brand visibility.
  • Create engaging content to promote the company culture, values, and employee experiences.
  • Establish partnerships with universities, professional organizations, and other entities to promote the employer brand.
  • Support the HR Manager and coordinate with welfare team in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Organize and coordinate employee events and activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS. 
  • Oversee employee benefits administration and support in related tasks.
  • Compile HR metrics and data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll outputs, surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labour statistics, and competitors’ practices.
  • Utilize SAP SuccessFactors to streamline HR processes and reporting.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of solid experience as a HR Generalist, with a focus on employee engagement, talent acquisition, and employer branding.
  • Experience of recruitment end to end process and best practices and talent acquisition strategies. 
  • Experience in compensation and benefits administration
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good in spoken and written English.
  • Creativity and innovative thinking.
