Human Resources Specialist
Accountabilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions across the organization.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
- Support in managing the company's presence on social media and job boards to enhance employer brand visibility.
- Create engaging content to promote the company culture, values, and employee experiences.
- Establish partnerships with universities, professional organizations, and other entities to promote the employer brand.
- Support the HR Manager and coordinate with welfare team in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate employee events and activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and support in related tasks.
- Compile HR metrics and data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll outputs, surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labour statistics, and competitors’ practices.
- Utilize SAP SuccessFactors to streamline HR processes and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of solid experience as a HR Generalist, with a focus on employee engagement, talent acquisition, and employer branding.
- Experience of recruitment end to end process and best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good in spoken and written English.
- Creativity and innovative thinking.
