Finance Manager

Accountabilities:

• Lead and oversee all financial operations and accounting activities in Thailand, including financial statements preparation, accounts management, and fixed assets control.
• Develop and implement finance strategies, prepare annual budgets, and ensure optimal cash management while maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets, monitor revenues, and manage expenses.
• Drive financial reporting and analysis using SAP tools.
• Manage product/customer profitability analysis and provide strategic insights for decision-making.
• Lead system and reporting improvements through SAP Financial systems and Business Intelligence tools.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies, working with local, regional, and corporate teams.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and legal requirements in Thailand.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve company-wide financial goals.
• Lead and develop effective finance teams, throughout the programs to ensure high levels of competency.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/ Master's preferred
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, with significant experience in Thailand.
• Strong proficiency in SAP financial systems and Business Intelligence tools.
• Extensive knowledge of Thai tax regulations, accounting standards, and statutory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in English
• Professional certification in Finance or Accounting (require CPD).
