Care Agent - Strategic
Job Description:
- Engage with key clients across SEA, providing expert assistance on products, deliveries, and order inquiries.
- Answer calls from our regional network of Strategic Customers and Automation Sales Engineers (ASE).
- Efficiently resolve complaints from our valued clientele.
- Take initiative in proactively updating regional customers about any order-related issues.
- Skillfully escalate complex matters to the appropriate specialized teams.
- Process essential documents Monitor for our customers.
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing customer-facing processes for the region.
- Address general and basic technical questions with confidence and accuracy.
- Contribute to additional projects as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:
- Thai national with excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Prior customer service experience is beneficial, but we also welcome ambitious fresh graduates.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and CRM systems.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong service-oriented mindset with self-motivation and drive.
