Senior sales operations specialist
Your job:
- Complete tasks as per pre-agreed instructions or make decisions based on your knowledge of Festo's business
- Collaborate and communicate with Festo colleagues in Lithuania and other European countries
- Ensure high quality execution of your tasks
- Continuously monitor department processes, KPIs, and customer needs, and suggest ways to improve internal processes
- Show eagerness to learn new tasks and offering support in services where it is most needed
Your qualification:
- Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in business support
- English language skills in speaking, writing, and reading are required
- Effective communication skills
- Time management skills are necessary for planning and prioritizing tasks
- Strong orientation to process, good analytical skills
- Willingness to support our business partners
