Senior Business Assistant
Your job:
- Calendar management: from daily to yearly meeting planning
- Coordinating/moderating virtual meetings, including workshops and/or on-site events
- Organizing business trips, including booking flights and accommodations, preparing business trip and meeting agendas, and managing travel expenses post-trip
- Creating and updating presentations for various meetings
- Providing additional administrative and organizational support
- Providing reliable support to project team to ensure timely delivery of dedicated work package.
Your qualification:
- Confident business English speaker (German skills are a valuable bonus!)
- Proven 1-2 years experience in the field
- Good knowledge of O365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, PowerPoint, etc.) and a willingness to learn and utilize advanced features
- Enthusiasm for working with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and a willingness to learn and adapt in this rapidly evolving field
- Organized and structured working style with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and proactive attitude
- Strong ownership of delegated tasks, showing high engagement and autonomy
