Your job:
- Take full ownership of the reporting lifecycle. You will gather requirements, model data, and actively develop, deploy, and maintain sophisticated reports and dashboards in ServiceNow and Power BI
- Operate and administer the Power BI application, including the management of workspaces, data gateways, refresh schedules, and platform-level security to ensure stability and performance
- Develop and enforce the reporting governance framework. You will define access rights, ensure data integrity, and perform rigorous quality checks on all developed reports
- Partner with business departments to translate their functional needs into clear technical specifications, ensuring the reports you build deliver actionable insights
- Monitor report usage and performance to optimize the reporting catalog, improve efficiency, and decommission redundant assets
- Champion a data-driven culture by developing training materials and coaching users on how to effectively utilize self-service reporting tools
- Handle daily administration tasks and troubleshoot bugs and platform issues
Your qualification:
- Proven, hands-on development experience with Power BI and ServiceNow Reporting (Standard Reporting & Performance Analytics)
- Demonstrated ability to establish and manage reporting catalogs, define permission structures, and maintain data hygiene
- Strong skills in translating business stakeholder needs into technical specifications and functional reports
- Familiarity with data quality monitoring and the full lifecycle of a report, from request to retirement
- Excellent written and verbal English skills are mandatory. German language skills are a significant advantage for stakeholder management
- Comfort working in an iterative, fast-paced environment where transparency and collaboration are key
