Junior Technical Support Specialist (German required)

Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing Festo products
- Assisting Festo customers in finding the best technical solutions
- Responding to technical requests in German, both in writing and verbally
- Distributing technical requests when necessary
- Updating the database of documentation and systematically collecting standard information
- Focusing on customer needs in an international environment
Come prepared
We expect you have:
- Fluency in the German language
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- A customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- A final-year student or a bachelor’s degree
- A bachelor‘s degree in an engineering-related field is an advantage
