Your job:
- Technical Support beyond standard troubleshooting
- Assisting Festo and its customers in finding the best technical solutions
- Build small automation solutions (e.g. scripts, RPA, Power Automate)
- Develop internal tools to assist agents (e.g. response templates, ticket routing scripts, knowledge databases)
- Focusing on customer needs in an international environment
Your qualification:
- Fluency in the English language, advantage of German
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Basic understanding of programming and business process automation
- A customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
- A final-year student or a bachelor’s degree
- A bachelor‘s degree in an engineering or IT-related field is an advantage
