Integration Platform Specialist
Your job:
- As an Integration Platform Specialist, you will design, implement and document integration concepts—covering workload automation, API management, and synchronous/asynchronous communication. You will define technical integration standards, advise stakeholders on best-practice integration solutions (on-premise and cloud), and support application teams in using automation within batch production.
- Your work includes managing batch processes and schedulers (e.g., BMC Control-M), developing scripts to improve automation, and assisting in the administration, monitoring, and operation of integration systems, including occasional on-duty tasks.
Your qualification:
- Completed studies in the field of computer science
- Experience administering Linux and Windows server environments and deploying server-based applications
- Several years of expertise in Integration Services (Job Scheduling, API management, asynchronous communication)
- Strong knowledge of modern architectures and web technologies (like REST, XML, JSON)
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities. Strong service orientation with effective communication and facilitation skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (German advantageous)
- Confident, resilient, and collaborative team player
- Experience working with SAP systems is an advantage
