Your job:
- Develop design concepts based on existing corporate design, design systems, and project briefings
- Develop product concepts and detailed design solutions
- Follow the design process from initial design studies to production introduction
- Create and iterate sketches, quick studies, hand drawings, and CAD concepts to explore form, ergonomics, materials, and assembly
- Create comprehensive visuals as presentation materials
Your qualification:
- A degree in Design, or a comparable field.
- A strong visual judgement, process thinking, and the ability to move between sketches, 3D, and interface/graphic design.
- Skills in 3D CAD (Rhino, Fusion 360, or similar) Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop (Figma is a plus).
- Basic skills in UI wireframes, designs for HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces)
- Ability to communicate ideas quickly and a clear sense of form, typography, proportion, and interaction.
- A structured, reliable, quality-focused working style
- First experience using AI-based design tools to support ideation and visualization
- Very good English; German is an advantage.
