HR Specialist
Your job:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including targeted search (headhunting)
- Conduct and analyze employee lifecycle surveys (probation period and exit interviews), providing insights and trend analysis to managers and HR
- Contribute to employer branding activities, represent the company at events, and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and external partners
- Support and participate in other HR-related projects
This is a fixed-term position covering maternity leave.
Your qualification:
- Higher university education (preferred fields: Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Administration)
- Work experience in recruitment or other HR related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail
- Collaborative, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Fluent in spoken and written English
