HR Operations Support Specialist (German required)
Your job:
- Prepare and update employment contracts
- Execute personnel actions within SAP system (e.g., hiring, transfers, exits, salary updates)
- Handle inquiries from employees and managers in Germany, received either via the ticketing system or phone
- Support and improve HR processes, with a focus on digitalization
Your qualification:
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong communication and service orientation
- Interest in HR topics and HR systems/tools
- Comfortable handling inquiries via ticketing system and phone
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus
