Your job:

 

  • Take full responsibility for assigned tasks, from initial development and configuration through to quality assurance, deployment, and continuous improvement
  • Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet complex business requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure all releases comply with established governance for staging and promotion across environments (Dev/Test/Prod)
  • Handle daily administration tasks and troubleshoot bugs and platform issues
  • Explore and implement modern platform capabilities, showing an affinity for AI-driven features to enhance automation and user experience
  • Work within an agile framework while ensuring all activities align with ITIL best practices

 

Your qualification:

 

  • Proven experience in at least one high-level programming language (e.g., Java or C#); a programmer’s mindset is essential for our architectural logic
  • Solid understanding of web programming (JavaScript is vital) and experience with relational databases (SQL logic and schema management)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to identifying root causes in integrated environments
  • Strong familiarity with ITIL frameworks and an understanding of how technical configurations impact service delivery
  • Fluency in English is mandatory

 

Nice to have:


Prior experience in ServiceNow administration or development is beneficial. A strong willingness to learn the platform is key.
Familiarity with deployment cycles, environment promotion (Staging), quality assurance principles, and version control.
