Senior Sales Engineer - Channel Sales

In this role you will be responsible for driving distributor growth and market share by managing performance, fostering customer engagement, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

 

Your Job:

  • Drive distributor business and achieve high market share by closely collaborating with distributors and sales engineers
  • Monitor and review distributor performance at customer and product levels to ensure service standards
  • Identify opportunities for customer engagement and actively participate in sales initiatives
  • Develop and execute distributor training programs and ensure adherence to reporting and forecasting routines
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Marcom, Application Engineering) to align on business objectives

 

Your qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering with 5 – 8 years of experience in electric automation sales
  • Proven experience in Channel Sales, Distribution sales & management with strong ability to analyze customer needs and drive business growth
  • Strong communication skills, self-driven and adaptable, with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
