This internship is a unique opportunity to work with experienced professionals in an innovative and fast-paced engineering environment. We are committed to providing our interns with hands-on, practical experience that will provide a solid foundation for continued growth in their careers.

 

We are seeking an intern to support our Accounting Department with various tasks related to our Sales Tax Project. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Releasing Customer Debits/Credits related to sales tax requests
  • Assisting with the backlog of Customer Debits/Credits
  • Manually pushing through Debits/Credits to ensure that they are not bulked together
  • Outreach to customers for missing Exemption Certificates
  • Assist in updating CertifyTax when missing Exemptions are received
  • Cross Checking Vertex and CertifyTax to make sure Certificates are properly updated
  • Assist with other tasks as they arise related to the Sales Tax Project
