Discover new businesses to achieve sales and profits for the company
Build a strong network with key decision makers of customers and expand the market by creating new success stories.
Create new sales through business expansion and change opportunities for key accounts
Key Accountabilities
- Discover new opportunities to expand market share and revenue
- Improve contribution margin through strategic pricing policies
- Get the competitive advantage by Innovative technology changes and requirements with relevant machine builders
- Identify future business and secure initial market from early stage and make a trickle-down effect to whole 2nd battery market
Manage projects combining end users and OEMs and apply them to key accounts.
- Follow up Semiconductor and 2nd battery market trends and product needs in the changes in technology trends.
- Analyze competitor's main strategies for big potential projects and prepare countermeasures
- Establish a regular customer visit plan to provide customer requirements and project proposals and solutions
- Build up business interaction with support to enhance capabilities (price, delivery, engineering solution) for key projects
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronics engineering
Experiences/Requirements
- Expertise in ELA Semiconductor and 2nd battery Industry
- Preferred 5-7years experience
- Sufficient knowledge of PNA+EA products
- Working experience with global subsidiaries
- Proficient in English (especially, speaking and writing)
- Good communication Skill
- Good negotiation skill
