Job Description : New Business Acquirer 

 

 

Organizational Fit

 

Base: Korea / Function: Sales

Direct report to Head of ELA BEM

New Business Acquirer mainly have understood battery business structure with related success stories experience. Furthermore, he also needs to understand ELA business area with success references. This role is also required strong hunting sales ability to acquire new business from battery strategic account and other ELA sector strategic accounts. .

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Strong hunting ability and passion to acquire new business.
  • Keep identifying business trends ( Battery Cell and Electrical industry such as FPD, Camera module etc) and adjusting sales directions.
  • Initiate new sales oppy for company cooperate sales strategy direction.
  • Manage project pipeline of Top battery equipment machine builder , including big ELA OEMs
  • Guide Festo to lead project success via collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Recognize right buying center on project and develop networking accordingly.
  • Drive self-development to improve new business acquirer  competency.
  • Contribute to increasing market share and improving margin.

 

 

Educational Background

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronics engineering

 

Experiences/Requirements

 

  • Minimum 5~10 years of sales experience in Factory Automation area
  • Excellent communication skill and negotiation skill
  • Understanding of SK ON and battery machine builder business.
  • Experience of OEM machine builders experience (Semiconductor/EV battery) is a plus
  • Experience of Motor, Electric Drive & PLC sales with knowledge is a plus
  • Working experience with global subsidiaries is a plus
  • Proficient in English (especially, speaking and writing) is a plus
