Organizational Fit
Base: Korea / Function: Sales
Direct report to Head of GKAM LG
Key Account Manager fully understands Hyundai, kia business direction and setup the sales strategies accordingly and achieve healthy sustainable growth through proposal activities that reflect customer needs for each individual project.
Key Accountabilities
- Setup the account plan in line with the sales directions of ELA(Electric Light Assembly) ISM(Industry segment) based on fully understanding of LG
- Build up good relationships with key manager and maintenance team
- Keep up dating project pipeline for business configuration
- Propose about products and applications according to customer’s needs
- Lead all projects in collaboration with coworkers.
- Contribute to increasing market share and improving margin rate.
- Keep identifying business trends and adjusting sales directions accordingly
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronics engineering
Experiences/Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience in F.A market (7-10 years recommended)
- Excellent communication skill and negotiation skill
- Understanding of automotive industry and Electrical system.
- Experience of equipment system part.
- Sufficient knowledge of EA products and sales experience of those products is a plus
- Working experience with global subsidiaries is a plus
- Proficient in English (especially, speaking and writing) is a plus
- A person with a strong sense of community .
